For Pathfinder (or any 3.x d20 game, really), a document detailing "encounters" with various wilderness-travel nuisances, such as poison ivy, a horse throwing a shoe, etc. Each one is given a Challenge Rating, and systems for spotting and/or avoiding the encounters given.
